Akarika Technologies respects intellectual property rights and expects clients and website visitors to do the same.

1. Website Ownership All original software code, website architecture, visual designs, graphics, branding, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Akarika Technologies.

2. Client Project Ownership All bespoke software code, custom deliverables, and digital assets developed under formal Statements of Work (SOW) belong 100% to the client upon full payment according to contract terms.
