# Refund & Cancellation Policy — Akarika Technologies

Akarika Technologies delivers high-quality custom software development, consulting, and technology services. Service terms, deliverables, and refund eligibilities are defined under formal project contracts.
1. Project Cancellation
Client project cancellations must be communicated in writing via official business email. Upon notice of cancellation, work on the project will pause immediately, and completed milestones up to the date of notice will be accounted for.
2. Advance Payments & Milestones
- **Discovery & Preparation:** Advance setup fees or milestone payments allocated to initial strategy and architecture work are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- **Completed Milestones:** Work completed and accepted according to agreed project milestones is non-refundable.
3. Exceptions & Mutual Resolutions
